Returns and Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within seven (7) calendar days from the date the order is delivered, subject to the conditions stated below. A valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt, order confirmation, or invoice, must be presented.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Returns, replacements, or refunds may be provided when:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect;

  • The item was damaged before or during delivery;

  • The customer received the wrong product, size, color, or quantity; or

  • The item is materially different from its description on our website.

Please contact URBNGRN immediately after discovering the issue and provide clear photographs or videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label for verification.

Size Exchanges

As a customer-service accommodation, we may accept an exchange when the customer ordered the wrong size, provided that:

  • The requested replacement is available;

  • The item is exchanged for the same product or another item of equal or higher value;

  • Any price difference for a higher-priced item is paid before the exchange is completed; and

  • When a lower-priced item is selected, the difference will not be refunded or converted into cash unless otherwise approved by URBNGRN.

Shipping and handling costs for an incorrect-size exchange will be paid by the customer unless the incorrect size was sent by URBNGRN.

Return and Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

  1. Have all original tags and labels attached;

  2. Be unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered;

  3. Be free from stains, odors, damage, pet hair, or other signs of use;

  4. Be returned in its original packaging, when reasonably possible; and

  5. Include valid proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused, except when the return is based on a verified manufacturing defect or another remedy required under applicable consumer law.

Each item may generally be returned or exchanged only once. This limitation does not apply when the replacement item is also defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer-protection laws.

Approval of all returns and exchanges is subject to inspection and verification by URBNGRN.
